Awesome Bikram studio. I’ve taken a few hundred classes here and there is always great energy in the room. The instructors are all gifted and it’s likely you will pick up “a little something” from each class.

Ruijin was one of the best if not the best teachers I have ever had. She has a way of speaking to you almost subliminally with positive thoughts and feelings of encouragement. It is apparent that she has been doing this for a long time and its no doubt she is a master at her craft. I left feeling so positive and encouraged and I look forward to Ruijin’s class next time

I enjoyed two classes with John Hopkins. I loved every moment; his presence and instruction reflect his kind heart and the true spirit of yoga.The studio is clean, with lots of fresh oxygen gently blowing in the room. I appreciate the tips for posture adjustment- and will carry it forward in my continuing practice.Y’all are so lucky to have such a nice yoga studio in Houston!Thank you to Chelsea for making us feel welcome. Can’t wait to return here.
