I've been to a few classes with three different teachers Ramsey, Liza, and Karen. All of them were careful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable, and the studio is pretty, though I had a hard time finding it the first day. In each class, I felt like I got a full workout, and that it wasn't frenetic -- it didn't feel all over the place or like we were in boot camp or like the instructor thought it was a session of Ninja Warrior, as happens at some studios. These are tough, steady, well-paced classes classical in style. The email system is off so you are better off calling this studio when something goes amiss or if you want clarifications.
Highly recommend this pilates location. The place feels warm and welcoming, and the teachers are knowledgeable in their practice. You can tell they are serious about their craft and not focused on exercise trends.
