Took my first class here tonight, 7:30 flow with Amy. She was great. Best yoga class I’ve taken in a while and I’ve been going to black swan for years. Her sequence and timing were perfect. I felt so good and realigned after class. Amy was very encouraging and warm, and she was pretty funny too, which made class a little more enjoyable. The studio space and lobby area were nice and spacious; I didn’t feel claustrophobic here like how it can feel at other yoga studios.
This was my first time visiting Black Swan Yoga and I enjoyed every minute. I signed up for the Friday night 9PM FreeFlow class with Michelle. She's new to the studio so she's hosting free sessions at the moment (SN: This studio is donation based normally aside from the free classes that integrate new instructors). Michelle was amazing, she took her time with instruction and guided the class through each movement. I felt challenged but also a sense of peace and grounding. I enjoyed her pace as well as the ambience she set. The temperature of the studio is set at about 90 degrees which was perfect for the class size. I typically do hot yoga in 125 degrees but I was still able to get a really good sweat in. The establishment is spacious and clean. They double front with a juice bar as well. So if you're feeling thirsty or in the mood for booster juice shots, they have great options before or after sessions. If you're around the area, try it out ! Especially if you like hot yoga, you will not be disappointed. 10/10 recommend :)
I haven’t done a Yoga session in months! Charla lead the class and it was amazing. She was helpful and easy to follow. The establishment is nice and welcoming. The workers help navigate my first time at the location. I’ll definitely be back!
