“Danny was the best! After getting a new thermostat my air was blowing hot air on this Texas summer heat! Danny went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and replaced my thermostat with the old one so we could have cool air until my security company could send a replacement thermostat. I love that he tested everything prior to that coming to the conclusion. Earlier a tech from another company came, he told me upfront he didn’t know about that type of thermostat, he didn’t check anything other than wiring and the vents. When he left the air was blowing hotter than it was when he arrived. Air Star and Danny saved the day! I’m so appreciative!“

“Our tech Craig came out to do a second inspection as a previous tech did’t fix our issue. We had lots of water dripping from our air filter in the attic. First guy said he had to ask the company if he could add insulation? That it was just condensation. He left with the issue not being addressed. Curious why that was! I called the company back because I said it was a problem still and would start molding in my AC with the amount of water soaking into my filter so they set up a second appointment with a new person. Craig immediately diagnosed the issue, said we absolutely needed insulation added and scheduled an appointment to come back to get it fixed. Today He cleaned up the water from our filter area, added insulation and got the job done. All was under warranty since AirTech of houston did our install.“

“Alex from air dynasty came out today because my upstairs system was not cooling so he came out in a very timely manner same day took a look at it and come to find out it I had a leaking coil in my 12 year old system so then he showed me all the pictures of everything and showed me all my options and the pros and cons of each one and i decided after seeing everything to replace the full system and go with their comfort starter package and they are doing a same day installation! Called and scheduled the appointment for the same day and our tech Jacob arrived within the prescribed window.

We were back up and running within the hour and Jacob was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly and gave good clear explanations as to what was needed and why.

Honestly I can't comment on the price that we paid because I don't know if it's good, bad or right where it needs to be, I just know that they provided a fast and friendly service.
