I was having problems with my ac after installation of a new condenser. After being improperly charged for a follow up service call, my account was finally credited. Also Lee was able to come out once again and diagnose and correct the problem. He knows his stuff when it comes to AC systems and is very professional.

Excellent employee Ozzy is polite, professional, and beyond knowledgeable! He patiently explains everything he is doing throughout the HVAC install. Had some hiccups and very thankful for his expertise & attention to details! Gilbert Air is lucky to have Ozzy on their team!

David gave me the best service that I have ever experienced with dealing with the HVAC. He is very professional and come back again for checking if it works efficiently the week after the installation. The team is very responsible for cleaning everything up as well! I would highly recommended it!!! No need to compare with other company because I did it and I found the best one!
