I had a terrible night sleep last night because my upstairs AC fan unit wasn’t spinning! I figured it was a capacitor so I called Be Cool AC and heating when I woke up and asked them to come out and fix whatever is wrong. They gave me a 10 AM appointment, with the owner! The first thing Beau asked was if I checked the circuit breaker. I told him I had not. He flipped the switch and the fan went on! Fixed!! Then he walked around to make sure that it was cooling upstairs, and it was. As he walked out the door I asked him if he wanted payment now or later? “ You don’t owe me anything!” Bless that man!!

Excellent customer service. Great value. Very knowledgeable. My ac went out overnight. The next day BeCool arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem as well as provided great tips on extending the life of the ac units. I recommend them highly.

Rider did an amazing job explaining to me in detail what the issue was and the proposed resolution. He didn’t rush, he was very patient and thorough including in the report 50 photos (which was very helpful) and explaining the need for a complete new system and everything he reviewed with me in detail. They have different equipment to test the systems which I was impressed with and he was very knowledgeable. The units I have are 20 years old. I would definitely recommend this company!!
