All Star came through as a team once again. Katie in the office listened to my questions and concerns worked to get answers and called me back promptly with options. Larrisa came out and installed a soft start kit on my unit and noticed a fuse needed to be changed to meet my units requirements. Don came out the next morning and took care of the fuse quickly and efficiently. Grateful for this team.
Ed Newby, the owner of All Star, was extremely helpful in helping us decide on the correct system to purchase. In fact, he came to our home on three occasions to discuss our plan. He is very courteous and knowledgeable and we also plan to use his company for any plumbing or electrical needs in the future.
I’ve used All Star for several years now and they’re continually reliable, understanding, and honest. All the guys who have come out have been respectful, more than willing to answer all my questions, and given me space to consider their recommendations on work needing done. Will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC help!
