Great company to work with! They really came through when another company put off working on my A/C unit in order to upsell me. Cool Techies stepped in and started work the same day and my unit works great! Would highly recommend!
Honest service at a reasonable price. These days many AC firms are trying to get people to pay for un-needed service or to replace things that are in perfectly good working order. Not cool techies! I called them for a second opinion on the service of an AC unit. They were able to service my unit for a reasonable price and did not try scare me about the imminent failure of a 5 year old AC unit or try to recommend unneeded repairs like the other company did.
I recognized the technician Leo from the heating tuneup service late last year. Leo has always been very patient w/ all my questions and is super knowledgable about his craft. I was given an electronic report on my current system and a cost breakdown for a more efficient system. I’d always recommend these guys, for sure.
