“6/3/26- I've had a recurring problem with my a/c condensate not draining to the primary drain and going to the secondary pan. Daniel Lampson figured out the unusual problem, and I give him credit for considering the history and coming up with a creative solution.

4/9/26- Spring air conditioner checkup by AirTech was done by Jaret Campbell. Scheduled arrival was on time and he was very thorough and communicative.
3/19/25 - Typical excellent service from AirTech. Daniel Lampson did the Spring A/C system checkup as furnished by their Shield Maintenance Program. Daniel always does a very thorough inspection to ensure the A/C is healthy for the summer season.

12/5/24 - Kane Monthie completed annual heater checkups at my home and a rental home. He provides excellent communication and documentation of a very thorough inspection. Rent house recently was re-roofed and furnace vent pipe through the roof was pulled apart by roofers. Kane found this on his inspection and re-connected the vent, which could have been a source of carbon monoxide entering the house.

2/27/24 - I’m a believer in AirTech Pasadena’s Shield maintenance program. The Spring a/c checkup by Daniel Lampson found bad bearings on my blower motor, so I was able to schedule him back the next day to replace the motor. Daniel is a perfect example of a well trained and competent technician and a good communicator.

4/7/23 - Jesus did the annual a/c checkup today..as usual, on time, very thorough inspection and friendly service. AirTech Pasadena has continued the excellent service I got for years from Miles Service Corp.

I have been using Miles Service Corp, which is now AirTech Pasadena, for 20+ years. It is still a 5 star company..Kane just finished my annual heater checkup, and a shoutout to him as well for his competence and communication. I highly recommend the company and their annual maintenance program.

Eric Harkins did a complimentary HVAC inspection on a new house being built for my son. His knowledge of what to look for in a properly installed system and what should be done when put in service was invaluable. His years of experience and expertise make him my HVAC go-to expert, and Miles Service Corp will always be my chosen HVAC company.

I have maintenance agreements with Miles on 4 houses, and Kirt did the Fall season heater check-ups..as I have always experienced with Miles, they communicate thoroughly with the customer, technicians are well trained, competent, and on time for scheduled service. In one of the rent houses, Kirt found a broken vent pipe on a gas furnace, which would have resulted in carbon monoxide in the attic when the heater was in operation. Obviously could have been a deadly scenario, so I recommend the maintenance agreements.“

“I can’t say enough good things about the team at Allgood. I live in Clear Lake and had Allgood Air Conditioning replace my two 21-year old HVAC systems last week. The process was simple, they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need, and their pricing came in about 20% lower than the other bids I received. They even reworked some ducting which made a big difference in our master bedroom.

I placed the call on Thursday, they came out Friday to check everything, and both new systems were installed on Monday. The installers were excellent. They showed up early, worked hard, and finished both complete systems in one day, which was impressive. Great price, great work, and a very smooth experience overall. I do recommend them.“
