Donnivin from Southern Comfort was professional, knowledgeable, and was quick to identify the problem. It was 83 degrees inside our house! .. Texas heat. And, after about 5 minutes, we had our house blowing cold air. The compressor was out. Thank you, Donninvin! This company should be proud to have this professional.
I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the quality of service and dedication that the team put forth to get our air conditioning unit back up and running as soon as possible for my family. It’s never great to have your air conditioning unit go down in the heat of a Houston summer. Our unit was 16 years old and it failed but these folks got us a new unit and had it installed in the very next day. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all again.
Donnivin was very knowledgeable, listened to the issues we were having and is very informative.
