We HIGHLY recommend Smart Air for your HVAC needs. Jay came out to our house and thoroughly explained what was going on with our unit. Originally, we had a mis-matched unit in our house which caused the compressor to go out. They recommended replacing the coil and condenser which we did. Unfortunately, they replaced with the same size unit (which were too large) for our house and caused our vents to have condensation on them each time the unit ran throughout the day. After having a discussion with Jay (the owner), he took it upon himself to replace the newly installed units (AGAIN) and threw in a furnace at no extra charge for the inconvenience! Treating people the right way and doing business the right way are how I’d describe the folks at Smart Air. We hope to use them for years to come!
