Responsive on the weekends. Of course a problem like a blower motor happens in the middle of the weekend. They had a tech available on a Sunday. So glad we could get the problem assessed on the weekend so that all repairs were ready to go and complete the next day. Great choice for quick turnaround.
I called for an emergency services and the company showed up within an hour. Once there, the tech was able to get me squared away and repaired my AC issue. Tech was friendly, helpful, and taught me a few things I didn’t know about the unit.
Amazing experience! Out of 3 companies that quoted us they were the only ones who had a solution and didn’t just replace what we had but made the design better. My ducts were in terrible shape and none of the rooms were the same temperature.
