Service tech arrived at stated time and quickly diagnosed the problem. replaced the defective part and check AC unit to make sure it was operating properly. Thank you for saving us from the heat.

Our AC unit stopped working sometime last night. I called USA Air first thing this morning. They were extremely nice on the phone, scheduled to have a tech come to my house the same day (no extra fee for the same day service). After the call, I received a text with an arrival window that was late morning. Close to 10 am, received another text with my tech's photo and arrival time.The tech was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote. We authorized the repairs and the work was completed as promised.
