They are not some big corporate business that doesn't care, they're a small family business that recognizes the value of doing their job right the first time and they treat you like family!

Reviews
Not sure what’s going on in San Antonio but ACs are having problems left and right at the moment & ours was no exception. We called late on a Friday- they got a tech out out next morning and the problem is fixed by 9:30am. Being on the maintenance plan has its perks for quick service and discounted labor.
Still recommending Gerardo, Jonathan, Rosalinda & the EZ air team to everyone who ask!
They are still a pleasure to work with even years after we first became customers. Consistency of great customer service is key & they got it down.
If you think getting a: state of the art HVAC system, professional technicians, reasonable pricing, AND getting treated like family is too much to ask for - it's not! I can go on and on about what a great experience it was to have EZ Air install our system. Enrique personally sees to it that you get honest information and that the work is done to his high standards. Once you deal with EZ Air, you'll become a loyal customer, just like me.
