Had Manny from EZ Air Conditioning and Heating at my house to perform maintenance on my two units, and to answer a host of questions and concerns I had about the same. In short, Manny is awesome!!! He answered all my questions, was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions, took the time to fully explain virtually everything, and made some recommendations on items that would never have occurred to me. I have already moved forward with some of his recommendations. THANK YOU, Manny and EZ Air !!!
After 17 years my TRANE A/C began faltering and, ugh, time to replace an expensive appliance. I am very OCD when spending alot of money and picking contractors as I have had a few bad experiences in my 30 years of home ownership. I sought out 4 bids from 4 companies. They all want to come out and try and sale you on the spot. I only let one come out to get specs I needed etc. I called the other 3 and they reluctantly agreed to pricing over the phone and its at this point where you see a professional or a dud. EZ stood out, i received some very detailed proposals, but they were about 600.00 higher in price than the other, but after working with Jonathan Hernandez he agreed...read full review
