The team is honest and transparent, only recommending necessary repairs and offering guidance on system maintenance. They are known for being punctual, polite, and responsive to customer needs.
Had an AC problems for months. Another company came to check our unit twice. 1st time told us it was electrical. Charged us a service fee for nothing. AC started to work again; however, it stopped. Again, we called the company, because they were listed on our warranty. Another service person came and told us we needed a fan and a condenser, and it would cost almost $1000. Who has that kind of money during these times? He left, again charging the service fee. I remembered my church coworker's husband did AC and decided to call them. Unbelievable! They came out that same evening on their way home from a job. Randy put in a part, and MAGIC, our AC has been working ever since. I cannot tell you how thankful we are to Frank and Randy. Very professional, courteous, caring and thoughtful. They were a godsend.
We have used Frank's Heat & Air since the 90's, and will ALWAYS use them! Great family owned business they take good care of you. Our AC went out, and we had them here within 30 minutes. Thanks for keeping us cool! John & Tammy Gard
Highly recommend Frank’s! We got Randy’s number through a referral from someone who spoke very highly of him, and now I can see why.
We called him around 3:30–4:00 p.m., and he said he could fit us in that evening. He arrived at our house by 6:15 p.m. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong with our A/C, made the repair, serviced the unit, and even took the time to explain some maintenance I should be doing to help keep it running efficiently.
