Philip came at the end of one our hottest triple digit days, and correctly diagnosed the problem of my a/c not working. He assessed that I needed an electrician first...and then a new a/c (or not) would be determined after the electrical work was done. I appreciated his thoroughness explaining it all to me and also in writing. Helpful, kind, and honest! He was 100% correct about the issue I had, and as it turned out I did not need a new a/c.

I would give Phillip 10 stars if I could. Our A/C went out the night before my scheduled outpatient surgery. I called Phillip early the next morning and he ended up coming to our house at the end of that same day, repaired the unit and had us back up and running in no time. This is in the middle of record-breaking heat in central Texas, and Phillip still fit us into his busy schedule. Wow, what great service! Remfert’s has our HVAC business from now on.
