FULL REVIEW: We are selling our house in Leander (while staying at our new place) and I went over to the house a couple of hours before a scheduled showing. Of course our 3 ton AC unit for the upstairs was making a loud buzzing noise and not cooling the upstairs rooms, which were at 85 degrees, soon before potential buyers were due to arrive. I contacted Patriot and Paul almost immediately called me back, asked a few questions, then arrived and fixed it within the hour. I turned the downstairs 5 ton AC to really cold, and the one Paul just fixed started cooling the house as well. Fortunately the inside temp dropped to about 73 before the realtor and clients showed up. I highly recommend Patriot for repairs. Paul, thanks again for responding and fixing it so fast!“

“I found Arrow HVAC in 2020 when my AC stopped cooling and they replaced a condenser coil which fixed the problem for the next six years! Present day, my AC stopped cooling again last night and I called the team this morning. They sent out a technician within 75min and he was able to get the AC back up and running for only $289 by replacing the dual run start capacitor. I’m extremely pleased with the efficiency and customer service, as well as what seems to be fair and honest work without price gouging. Thank you, Jesse and Michael! “AC went out. Outside unit was humming, but fan was not spinning. Called Ken early in the morning and he showed up within an hour. No scheduling for an appointment days later as other places quoted.
He showed up and had me walk him to the unit. He was quick to assess the issue. Tested the capacitor and showed me the blade! It was rusted and difficult to moved by hand. He was transparent about the issue (new motor needed) and made a few calls to pick-up the part. AC is much quieter now and we're no longer sweating and resorting to room fans circulating warm air in this Texas heat! Thanks for coming to the rescue Ken!“
