11/30/2023I have been using Rick for several years now. He is always friendly yet professional. He does an amazing job and is very meticulous. I highly recommend him as he has helped me out with the many issues an RV can have!7/2021--Rick was great! He arrived at the time he said he would, was professional as well as friendly and very helpful. He fixed an electrical problem I had been dealing with for several weeks. I had used another technician that did a very lackluster and half finished job. Had some fittings and a toilet issue and Rick was able to schedule me quickly. Showed up on time and took care of everything efficiently while keeping everything clean. Enjoyed the conversation too!We highly recommend Rick and will use him going forward
Timely response to my question I submitted online. Repair technician was out the next day to get my water heater working and check out my AC unit. Friendly service. Took the time to explain everything to me and gave me some helpful tips for living in a trailer. Will be using for my future rv repairs.
