I cannot say enough about how well our issue was resolved with Rick's expertise. Not only did he wait while we were 30 minutes late on a Sunday (by no means NOT our usual way of doing business, we were very embarrassed) but also he had the professionalism to wait. As soon as we were on site, he immediately got to work in the August heat and was able to trouble shoot our issue quickly on a 2022 Glanwood Heritage. In what would have costed wait time in parts and service, Rick did it in a little over 1.5 hours. I called Rick on May 27, 2005, the morning after a violent storm. Less than an hour after speaking with Rick he arrived, did some troubleshooting and told me I needed a new Converter. He had a new one in his truck and installed it. Yes, a new one in the box. Rick was very pleasant to work with and exceptionally knowledgeable. Mobile Service costs a bit more and often there are many fly by night guys out there but Rick was reasonable and saved us a lot of run around with dealers. Great experience!
