Richard arrived on time and provided the air duct assessment we requested. He was thorough and took the time to explain the situation and provided us with multiple options to address the issue of inconsistent temperature levels in several of the bedrooms in our house. He then followed up later this morning with detailed project descriptions and associated costs. Very professional. Answered all of our questions and checked our service records online for clues to our issue. Appreciate the level of service and value we receive by choosing DTC.

Andrew was on time, introduced himself, got right to work. There was an issue with a safety switch on a/c unit. He was able to fix it, but also gave options in case it happens in the future.

Andrew was very thorough and professional. He arrived very quickly. He honestly told me his findings. He explained how to recheck the unit for problems and what to do. He explained the pros and cons of my current HVAC unit and what to expect in the future. I’m very pleased with his service and will use DTC again.
