This is the best AC business in Austin. He came to my house in Lakeway on Sunday, fixed my problem which was the condensation lines, didn't upsell me (which abacus, radiant, abc, stans, would try) and did a quick Freon check.
I fired my private equity owned shop a couple years ago, and now I get real service and am not upsold on random parts and new units.

Our details are ALL superb. Roger is our hero. He has taken care of our heating and air conditioning for over 15 years. It is so wonderful to have someone who is honest, dependable and an expert! He has been there for us to keep an aging heat pump going (years!) and then when it finally gave it’s last gasp, worked with us to get the best new unit for us. Every time I see one of his trucks, I say “Thank you, Roger”. Do I need to say we highly recommend? We do!
