“Ron came to our house to try to make a repair. He was courteous and knowledgable. He ended up taking the washing machine back to his shop to run a diagnostic on it and confirm his suspicions After he checked it out, the repair would have cost more than the washer ever cost when it was brand new. “Recently purchased a home and called Air Conductors to schedule a mini split install for our upstairs living area since it has a tougher time getting cool.

We planned to spend quite a bit on the mini split setup. When Pete arrived to take a look at our setup he let us know that since the coils and condenser hadn't been cleaned in years, that could be the reason the AC was struggling to cool the entire home. Pete suggested cleaning and servicing the existing HVAC system to see if we in fact needed a mini split. Knowing I could save thousands was exciting to me and the fact that Pete was honest instead of trying to sell me a system I may not need is something very rare these days.

Once Pete showed us our coil, it was apparent why our system was not working as it should. The amount of debris on the coils and in the outside condenser was unreal. Pete let us know that the system being dirty as it was could also be the reason our allergies were out of control.

Pete spend multiple hours at our home cleaning both inside and outside units. We couldn't believe how nasty that coil was before Pete cleaned it up. Needless to say Pete taught us a ton about our homes HVAC system during the process and we could not be happier with the results.

Our home feels much better now and our power bills have even seen a difference since our system is not fighting itself anymore. We are getting more airflow and cooling upstairs which was our goal.

It was so nice to work with Pete as he is an honest HVAC master. Air Conductors definitely will be the only HVAC company we go to.
