Tech team spent time to explain features of 2 year old unit and thermostat that been installed by another HVAC company. They trouble shot the entire system and blew out the drain pipe effectively, (other company blew out drain line twice last week). They placed the exit drain line on an even keel - not on an uphill. They made other recommendations to be handled later.
I have a service contract with Petrocelli and I'm very pleased over the years. They installed my AC/heat unit in 2019 and have been keeping it running nicely. Their technicians are very courteous, patiently answer questions, and really know what they are doing. They explain any needed repairs or upgrades to me very patiently in terms I can understand easily. I recommend Petrocelli for AC service as I've had no problems at all with them since 2019.
Excellent customer service (Jessica), technical service and trustworthy.
Matt, the technician was very thorough. He explained all the details very clearly.
He was very respectful of the property as he worked inside and outside the house.
I highly recommend this company. They have a very impressive rating on Google already. I'm happy to add to it. 👍
