The installation technician did excellent job. Only concerning about the delivery of hot water recirculation technology and probably not enough sensor installed for large home. Overall, I am very satisfied. Kudos to the team!

Quality plumber and Service.. Plumber installed hot water tank and it removed old one. Plumber noticed a leak behind the hot water tank. Cut drywall and replaced several pipes that were leaking. Had calcified with hard water. Plumber asked me what system was that. I told him that I was informed by plumbing company that put it in Pippin Brothers that it was a hard water softener. I learned that day that it was a filtration system, not a water softener.. it was getting punched in the face. my plumber was professional and took care of it. I was concerned about a leak in my new water heater.Jose arrived, checked out the situation and in about two minutes found the leak, turned out to be a connection, not the tank. He had it corrected immediately and all is well. Thanks Jose for your expertise and timely effort in taking care of the problem.
