We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I initially called Rodgers plumbing for help with a gas valve leak on my water heater. Shirley was very helpful in getting someone to come out same day. Within minutes of Robert, the technician, leaving after successfully, correcting a loose pilot light, I realized I had, a leak in the wall.l due to baseboard installation that impacted the pipes. I called Shirley back very quickly and she resent Robert back to my property to solder the pipe that was busted. Their professionalism and urgency in responding to both of my service calls was incredibly appreciated. Thank you so much!

In less than a week, I was able to call, schedule and have a repair completed expertly. From calling their office the person I spoke to was great, the next day Keith and Danny came to my house. An outside water faucet had to be replaced and they put on a very nice, an anti-syphon hose bib. They did a great job of cutting out the brick around the bib and replacing it. The new faucet is much less likely to freeze if we get another bad Winter storm this year.I was very impressed at the fee for their services. Very reasonable for the amount of work.
