“My laptop wouldn’t power up this weekend. I went on Apple’s authorized service center portal and scheduled an appointment at a different company in the area. I dropped it off on Monday and by Tuesday they were charging me a rush fee and telling me I needed to contact DriveSavers to spend $800-4000k to try and recover my data. Frustrated I called a bunch of other companies while literally sitting in the parking lot. Thats when I called MacTronics. I immediately drove there and dropped off my laptop at 11am. By 1pm Terri was calling me to tell me that my computer was ready for pick up… what?!!! There are a lot of service center scams out there in my opinion. Don’t get scammed. Go to MacTronics! They are truly a diamond in the rough. They were fairly priced, honest and fast. I hope I never put myself in a position to have to recover data again… but I am truly looking forward to supporting them and their business just on how ethical and knowledgeable they are. Thank you for everything.“

He replaced my keyboard, and then also cleaned up and re-thermal pasted my cooling system for no additional cost. It was done quickly considering the need to have a new keyboard shipped in. Our ERP system would take 8-12 hours for routine updates that now take less than 10 minutes. The folks at TARC are responsive, friendly, professional, and experts at their job. He nearly knocked Off half for not being in a hurry …. It was during the Christmas holidays and he said if I could wait til mid January instead of $800+ to repair my screen it would be $400. It still looks great to this day. No complaints. Perfectly good as new. So happy that I going them as a certified Apple repair place because Apple wanted to charge $1k“
