“My laptop wouldn’t power up this weekend. I went on Apple’s authorized service center portal and scheduled an appointment at a different company in the area. I dropped it off on Monday and by Tuesday they were charging me a rush fee and telling me I needed to contact DriveSavers to spend $800-4000k to try and recover my data. Frustrated I called a bunch of other companies while literally sitting in the parking lot. Thats when I called MacTronics. I immediately drove there and dropped off my laptop at 11am. By 1pm Terri was calling me to tell me that my computer was ready for pick up… what?!!! There are a lot of service center scams out there in my opinion. Don’t get scammed. Go to MacTronics! They are truly a diamond in the rough. They were fairly priced, honest and fast. I hope I never put myself in a position to have to recover data again… but I am truly looking forward to supporting them and their business just on how ethical and knowledgeable they are.
