Ali put a replacement keyboard in my laptop and did an outstanding job. He was soft-spoken and polite, and his pricing was incredibly reasonable. While other repair shops quoted high prices just for labor or even suggested getting a whole bottom part without screen which would cost a lot more. He was easy to work with and had very fair prices for his work and time. He’s earned my future business forever.
Ali also builds and diagnoses PCs, so he’s a great resource for any computer needs. What a guy!

Ali was quick to respond and is very knowledgeable. When I called he took his time with me while I explained my problem, then got my model number and promptly checked out solutions. My older all-in-one computer has a blown speaker and Ali gave me several options as a solution, even telling me which he thought was the best and why. He’s definitely my new computer repair guy!!!

Ali was very straightforward, timely, and efficient about helping me with my computer. Unlike other repair places I reached out to in the area, he did not give me the runaround or speak to me with a nasty, condescending tone when I asked about general pricing. Instead, he was very patient and pleasant about how he communicated with me. I needed my screen replaced, and he had all the parts ready to go within barely two days after we initially spoke, was able to repair it within less than 30 minutes, and did not charge me some random, ridiculous price. I am very grateful I was able to get my computer looking and functioning better than before so quickly!:)
