Ali did a great job of diagnosing the issue and giving us a solution. We appreciated that he took time to explain in layman's terms and that the cost was fair. Would surely recommend.

External hard drive corrupted. Disk tools at home didn't solve data access problem. Ali responded within 5 minutes of my Yelp request. I dropped it off that afternoon (on a weekend). After some overnight magic and I picked it up the next day. Price was fair. Great service. Nice person. Happy with the outcome. I know who I'll call for help next time!

He replaced my laptop's motherboard and did a great job! He was very reasonable with the price and was FAST. Will definitely use him again when I have tech issues. He also was near my neighborhood and picked up my laptop! Talk about going above and beyond.
