I brought my Max in this morning and got a call before I got back home. Explained the problem. And so reasonable. Miss Terri is such a delight and just goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s a shame they only allow ya 5 stars to give out. I’m giving them a solid 100

Truly remarkable

I had my MacBook Pro's screen replaced here over three years ago, and the service was excellent. The repair was high quality and completed quickly, like about as quick as it would've been completed at an actual Apple Store. The staff is clearly very knowledgeable and even answered some questions unrelated to my specific repair.

I need another repair, and I'm disappointed to find out that it no longer appears to be an Apple Authorized Service Provider. If that's not a dealbreaker for you, I can't recommend this place enough. This location has been open since before Apple Stores even existed. But since I have AppleCare+, it is a dealbreaker for me.

I absolutely love Ms. Teri! I was really frustrated when my display started malfunctioning, but she quickly gave me a clear idea of what to expect cost-wise. Within an hour, she called to let me know that a display wasn’t even necessary. They fixed the issue, and the only charge was a very reasonable diagnostic fee. I am grateful for the help!
