Helpful. Looked at my problem without charging me. It was nice to find a computer repair company that was not trying to take advantahe of me. Esp since they have all the answers and we are clueless. Lol. I would highly recommend giving them a try. I just stumbled in not knowing what to expect but was happy. Will definitely go back

Elite has taken care of all my computer needs--all of them--for the past 6 years, including supplying me with all the installation and instructional needs during retirement and as a public official. They're great!
