I've never left a review for any company before. My laptop's keyboard was going out and I had trouble with framerate issues, I brought it in and Juan was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He replaced my keyboard, and then also cleaned up and re-thermal pasted my cooling system for no additional cost. It was done quickly considering the need to have a new keyboard shipped in. I would highly recommend to anyone needing laptop repairs.

I was told they would clean it out for me for a flat fee, and they would notify me if any parts needed to be replaced. The fee seemed a little steep at the time, but still much less expensive than replacing the whole laptop, and considering my laptop would need to be disassembled, it made sense. I got my laptop back within a few days and it's been working perfectly! I very much appreciate the honesty, turnaround time, and warranty. I would definitely come back if I ever needed computer repair services again.
