I really appreciated being able to consult a local when my PC started crashing. They are right down the street from me and got the issue diagnosed within a few days and fixed a week later once the part came in. The price was fair and I liked being able to speak directly with who was working on my PC. Do yourself a favor and use Computer Repair Connection over a big store brand. You'll get a personal, local repair.
