Jeremy did such a thorough diagnostic on my laptop and he was so friendly. He updated me every step of his process and was able to give me a detailed answr of what was wrong with my laptop. There are very few people I trust to fix my devices, but Jeremy is one of them

Jeremy runs his business a bit different than your average PC repair shop. I turned my computer in, received a thorough diagnosis, and a quote for repairs which waives the diagnosis fee. The diagnosis was all I needed and all I paid for.Not once did Jeremy try to sell me on repairs. And let me tell you, HE VERY WELL COULD HAVE. I went to him because I was too impatient and lazy to buy a $15 tool to test if my power supply was dead (it was). Impulsive and impatient people like me are the easiest targets to squeeze a few extra bucks from.Jeremy is there to help you. Jeremy, the owner of PC Genie, went out of his way to schedule appointments with me on days when they are typically closed. He gave me a great recommendation on which GPU to upgrade to during the diagnostic and repair process. With about a week of waiting time, excellent insight, and going out of his way to accommodate my weekend availabilities as a full-time student, I highly recommend PC Genie for anyone who needs to repair their custom-built PCs!
