    If your company is struggling with IT support you should contact TARC. Before contacting TARC our company network was a disaster. Our ERP system would take 8-12 hours for routine updates that now take less than 10 minutes. The folks at TARC are responsive, friendly, professional, and experts at their job. TARC led us through a total network conversion which has allowed the company to operate more efficiently. I gave them a 5 star rating because they absolutely earned it.

    TARC Technology has taken so much stress out of my job! Whatever our issue, they know how to fix it. Their response time is better than I have ever seen. Not only do they keep us up and running, but they are proactive in keeping our systems up-to-date. If that wasn't enough, they help this non-profit spend wisely when it comes to our technical needs.

    Robert and staff are our outsourced IT provider for our medium size (26-30) engineering consulting firm, with offices in both Austin and San Antonio. We are on their plan that includes not only server support, but also workstation support. Their help desk is always prompt, and usually can fix whatever the problem is quickly. We have upgraded/replaced our servers since coming onboard with them 3 years ago, with only minor delays and glitches that would be expected regardless. We have just gone through part of a conversion to VOIP with another ISP provider (still need to complete that conversion for the other office, and migrate our data to the new ISP as well), and again...read full review
