Thought I had stumped the experts. Had a issue come up on my computer and the technician dug deep and corrected the issue in very prompt manner. The communication was clear and concise and after rebooting a couple of times, the problem was solved.
Contigo is our company's enterprise IT support provider. Had a Great Experience today when my internal camera disappeared. Call answered quickly, Tech was patient and diligent in finding the issue and in restoring my system in minutes after my trying to figure out what i had done wrong for the last 2 days.. Had an interesting issue with my laptop, it stop detecting my home wifi or any wifi for that matter. Of course, I tried to problem solve it over the weekend without any progress. Then on Monday, I reached out to Contigo for assistance with my laptop connected to wifi? Then unexpectedly the laptop connected on its own. I still wanted reassurance from the Contigo team to look over my laptop. They did their tech magic and took their time with my issue and computer updates. Thank so much to the Contigo community.
