He not only kept me updated with his progress, but he was very patient in dealing with a person who doesn’t know a whole lot about computers. And I had a lot of stupid questions. I think he went above and beyond what was required and he was concerned about keeping the cost as low as possible for me. While other repair shops quoted high prices just for labor or even suggested getting a whole bottom part without screen which would cost a lot more. He was easy to work with and had very fair prices for his work and time. He’s earned my future business forever.

“I am a student and a mom. I had an assignment due on a Saturday at 2pm, and had spent all morning with computer trouble. My storage was maxed out on my computer hard drive and I had multiple One Drive accounts, at least one of which was also at its storage capacity. I was struggling with figuring out what to delete or move from my hp computer onto my external hard drive, because items that seemed to be on my computer were actually in my One Drive. So I couldn't move or delete enough things and was going in circles. I called Scott at around noon that day. He said I could come in and he would try to help me before his store closed at 2pm. He helped me figure put what to move onto my external hard drive and also made sure I moved enough so my computer would be functional for a while. I was out of his shop in time to get my assignment in. He seemed like he cared about helping me get my assignment in in time and I'm very grateful.”
