“I have spent a fair amount of time with Cody today, while he was working remotely on my laptop. He was very knowledgeable and direct, while being very kind and patient in helping me. I mention direct because I don't need a lot of fluff, I need honest help! He explained everything along the way, including that my laptop was worth saving, (as opposed to me wanting to drop it out of a moving vehicle) and proceeded to find all kinds of issues. Not an ounce of judgement, just very intent on getting my laptop in running order. He formulated a plan for me going forward in case I wasn't happy with the results. But I will say, I type like the wind; and right now, I am flying! He is a very personable, polite young man and I enjoyed talking with him. And I am enjoying very much, using my laptop again! He will be my go-to tech guy! Highly recommend!“

While other repair shops quoted high prices just for labor or even suggested getting a whole bottom part without screen which would cost a lot more.
