Ashley was my first personal trainer/health coach, and I have learned so much from her and still continue to learn from her. I had originally reached out to her to lose weight bc I had let myself go and didn’t know how to manage my diet in a sustainable way. I was in and out of the gym on my own but wasn’t seeing progress. I didn’t realize how important nutrition, steps, sleep and the other aspects of your life are.
I had started with her in May/June of 2025 and have lost 20lbs!! I already feel more confident, happy and comfortable in my body. I’ve learned about what foods are harmful and how to keep meal prepping simple.
She’s also helped me navigate what the future could look like, and she didn’t leave me feeling lost or unsure of how to do this on my own. She’s also very flexible and understanding!! I love that she helps women of all ages achieve all sorts of goals, life goals, mental health, booty building, losing weight, building muscle. She does it all! I definitely see myself working with her again in the future when I can get back to the financial stability where I can afford it. If you’re looking for a health coach that will help you in the long run and gain healthier habits, this is the lady for you!! ❤️“
