I highly recommend Paul to reach your fitness goals. I have been training with him for over 9 months and am in the best shape of my life. I had run several half marathons prior to training with Paul and thought I was in decent shape. After my first session I found out I was not is as good of shape as I thought. If you stick with it and work out regularly he will definitely help you reach your fitness goals. Best trainer in Middle Tennessee IMHO.

This gym is a great place to train. It is clean with lots of equipment available. Membership and training rates are reasonable. Training schedule is fairly flexible to accommodate most people's schedules. Paul the owner and trainer is very adept at personalizing programs and challenging me more than I would do on my own. All this in a low key, non-competitive atmosphere. Thanks Paul for pushing me out of my comfort zone.
