I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are great, knowledgeable, and always make you feel supported and motivated. I look forward to getting my workout in during or after work—it’s become one of the best parts of my day!

I switched to F45 about 10 months ago after my other gym closed. I have been more than pleased with the results, trainers, and workouts. Also, can’t beat the location being right in providence!

I used to attend F45 before I had my kids, and I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous about getting back into it. From day one at F45 in Mt. Juliet, I was welcomed with open arms and immediately felt supported. The instructors are incredibly welcoming, motivating, and genuinely care about making you feel comfortable while still pushing you to be your best. Getting back into F45 after having kids has been such a great decision. I couldn’t recommend F45 Mt. Juliet enough—if you’re on the fence, try a class. You won’t regret it!
