Brilliant location for a spa, parking was ample, location was easy to find and access. Very comfortable atmosphere, soothing, homey yet very professional. I signed up for the Indian head massage which was absolutely heavenly followed by the aroma therapy journey and finished with a layers hair cut. I highly recommend this combination of services. They meld very well together and literally cover all your bases head to toe. Plus you come out with one of the best haircuts I have ever had. Sobia was perfect, absolutely perfect. Very clear instruction for a newbie like me to follow. She took her cues from me at every stage regarding level of chatting to silence when I zoned in and out during treatments. I gave my girlfriend a bit of a spa treatment for Valentine's Day, the owner is willing to be open on some Saturdays despite the posted hours. A massage, manicure and pedicure. She absolutely loved it, and felt incredibly relaxed when it was done. I find the pricing to be reasonable, and if you get a manicure she'll just give you the bottle of nail polish as a way to keep your color touched up.
Cash and E-transfer only, but to be honest, you shouldn't go into credit card debt for a massage.
Overall, highly recommend her services. And will likely be visiting again in the future.

My fav lash tech I've found to date, rose is a huge sweetheart and is very detail oriented. I've always a great experience. She ensures I'm comfortable with the massaging bed, to a warm blanket, head massages and an aroma steamer I've honestly had the best lash naps ever at rex. She always makes sure I'm getting what I want for lashes and never fails to follow through everytime. Worth every penny!

I absolutely love getting pierced at Tantrix. I recommended a friend to go there today (and tagged along to treat myself) she got her nose pierced while i got a daith and downsizing done. I've had my nipples and tragus done by Leanne (amazing), Carlie (amazing) did one of my nose piercings and today my daith, as well as downsizing and changing out some jewelry. I cannot recommend them enough, the only place to get pierced is here. Both are incredibly knowledgeable. Today I was mesmerized by just how knowledgeable, caring and passionate Carlie was about piercing and beyond helpful!
I normally come here for piercings, but decided to change it up this time and go in and see if one of the lovely artists might be able to fix up an old tattoo I had. I was not disappointed.

A tree branch fell in our backyard downing the power line which led to a power surge that fried some of the light fixtures in our home. We called a different electrical company in the city that quoted us $1200 to fix them. I called W. I want to give a BIG shout out to the installer named (Farid) and his helper that came to my site to do vinyl flooring. They did an OUTSTANDING job! They promised me same day finished and they delivered! I highly recommend this installer i was very happy with the friendly and professional workmanship!

With any new home build, there will be a few items that need some follow up. In our house we had some trouble with the new, factory-built kitchen appliances. Although this was absolutely no fault of Valentino Homes, we were shocked and delighted by how well they took care of us. When the appliance store didn’t have employees working on a Friday afternoon, the owner of Valentino Homes personally picked up a loaner oven and brought it to our house. They employ an incredibly sweet person specifically to help follow up homes post sale. She followed up with the appliance company on our behalf multiple times. My husband pointed out tonight how amazing it is that Valentino has all of their own tradespeople ready to step in at a moments notice. In the past few weeks we’ve had plumbers, electricians, gas line inspectors all come to the house with very little notice and do great work to help fix our faulty gas oven and dishwasher. Without exception they have been friendly, courteous and tidy. I have always felt comfortable with them being around our young children. The details in the house are spectacular, the more we get to know the house the more we appreciate the nuances. The tiles in the bathroom are lined up so that the patterns match. The painting on the ceiling is perfect, even the shelves in the kitchen pantry and bedroom closets are color matched to our home’s color scheme instead of left unfinished. When we purchased the home we asked Valentino to finish the basement. It looks just as beautiful as the main floors and we were so pleased that they finished sooner than we ever dreamed possible. Valentino has great project managers, dedicated tradespeople and a real desire to deliver an excellent product. With three kids under 6 and baby on the way- we sure appreciate our lovely Valentino home!
What a wonderful team. Andrew was always keeping us updated with progress and was able to problem solve quickly and with our budget in mind. 10/10 recommend!

He let us know our options which we decided to replace it. He installed it the following morning, efficient, professional and affordable. He will be our go to for any future services!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Du every time I have my acupuncture sessions with him. He took time to understand my concerns before starting the treatment. The acupuncture sessions were very effective, especially for my asthma case. I felt a noticeable improvement as I continuously do my treatment. The environment was clean and calm, and the people, both Dr. Du and Meng, were very nice and kind. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for pain relief or holistic wellness, and most especially if you are suffering from asthma.

My husband and I have both been treated here. My husband with MJ and I have been treated by Lisa. My husband loves these treatments so much. He has dementia and is pretty particular the things he likes and doesn’t like, but he loves this treatment so much. I have been under a lot of stress for a long time and with one treatment from Lisa, it’s almost like my nervous system lowered the defense. It was simply amazing. So thank you both girls!! I had my first osteopath treatment. It was the best treatment I've ever had, and I've seen a lot of osteopaths and other practitioners to help my neck issues and hip issues. She touched all spots and knew what was causing my pain. After one treatment I felt a difference in my neck. You must try this place if you've been feeling pain for a long time with little to no relief.
First and foremost I would like to thank the Inside out Therapies through the kindness of David Beaubien for accommodating me. I couldnt sleep at night because I was in pain. Then I decided to see a massage therapist and David was the one who handled me. He is friendly and gentle with his job. He was able to spot on the pain. I am very much satisfied and highly content of the service I experienced. I was relieved and able to sleep already. Thank you David!

Troy at this location is a great masseuse that really knows how to do a deep tissue Swedish massage. He works hard too get into the trouble spots. I always feel so much better after I leave a massage with Troy. I am going to start going monthly.

Well, someone guided me to see Don. I so far only had one visit. However, the pain in one area of my back has already been lessened. I am excited to see what comes of these treatments. I have a glimmer of hope that I haven't had for 15 years.

Mitch has helped me with my neck pain, knee pain, back pain, and general strength training. The exercises he assigns help keep everything in shape. I return once a month or so for a tune up. With his treatments I have been able to stop going to my chiropractor every two weeks. Long term healing over short term relief.

We thoroughly enjoy each and every treatment be it acupuncture or massage therapy. Beccy is always attentive to any muscle stress or ailment and offers exercises following treatment to alleviate the issue. Always tries to accommodate us as best you can with her busy schedule makes us appreciate her more each day!?
I had been struggling with TTC and decided to try acupuncture while I waited for my referral to a fertility clinic. All of our initial testing had come back normal, so there was no explanation for our inability to conceive. It was my first time trying acupuncture, and Bronwyn made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had 4 appointments at different points in my cycle, and noticed a change in my mood and in my body, particularly in my next menstrual phase. I got pregnant after 4 treatments and am now at 18 weeks. Obviously YMMV, but it was the only thing that I had done differently in my 1.5 years of TTC, and I am sure it made a difference in my case.
