I had a new furnace, water heater and humidifier installed a week ago. I am very pleased with the performance of the equipment. It is much quieter than my former furnace and maintains a nice even temperature.The Reliance staff were all conscientious in wearing their shoe/boot covers to avoid tracking dirt into the house.Azhad, the Service Advisor, came to my house several days in advance of the installation to do the site inspection and to make measurements of space and routing distances to support the installation. Through no fault of the technician who came to do my yearly maintenance my visit had been added late in the afternoon to his schedule. He worked overtime to make sure my job was completed, saving me having to reschedule and wait months for an appointment. I very much appreciated this technician's professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile.

Ivan, Vik and technician team did a great job quickly organizing installing my new furnace. It works perfectly. Ivan even came back to do paperwork for a rebate. I really appreciate the prompt service and knowledge. Ivan went above my expectations.
