We had just got possession of our new home and on the initial walk through I saw a bedbug crawling on the wall. I contacted Glen and he responded immediately. Came the next day to investigate free of charge. Couldn’t see anything but because we had he referred us to have the house checked my a sniffer dog (which was super cool haha) dog came in and didn’t hit on anything but was interested in an area so I booked Glen for piece of mind. To know there are trustworthy businesses who don’t just take your money and spend the time investigating and also educating is priceless. Mr. Glenn is very friendly and professional he completely removed bedbugs from our house in one time! with very good and reasonable price.We had bedbugs for few months, I had contact with some companies to do the job but most companies told at least 3 times need to chemical treatment and probably more than it and also most companies charge you for first inspection.the Protec Thermal , Mr Glenn came and inspected our house for free, they gave me quote and did the job in one time with human friendly pesticide that they have . Now we don't have bedbug issue and all gone.
