“I sadly didn't get the fellas name, but at the sask marathon today I had a medical event around km 41.5. After the paramedics released me some one in a craven shirt noticed I was not OK, came over to help me and probably spent a solid 20 minutes getting carbs and fluids back in me and supporting me while I attempted to get back walking. Just a stand up guy, I really appreciated it, and I wanted to say thanks. Hopefully this makes it to the right person!“
