I do Somatic Experiencing with Miranda Wells. It is so worth it if you are thinking about it. I have so much baggage and things that have held me back for decades and I’ve been able to notice and reach a new awareness in my body I never knew of. I’ve been able to find some calm and neutrality and happiness since and I’ve only done two sessions so far. I actually had one of the best massages ever here (and I get massages frequently enough from varies cities and countries). It was a prenatal massage and it was absolutely perfect. However, giving it a 4 star because the music playing in the room was rock music and it literally killed my vibe. All I could think about was getting the courage to ask the lady to turn it off but I couldn’t so I listened to it the entire massage and it ruined my experience.
