I have gone several times to this place and it's great. Last week I went an a new lady was doing my nails and it was close to closing and she was still learning. What I appreciated was that the front desk came to help her out without any issues and they took their time. I would definitely go back to Ivy and the business.

My aunt & I booked last minute basic pedicures for some girl time. I loved mine and the girl who did mine was amazing and very good. She made sure I was super comfortable and even adjusted the massaging chair for me.The man who worked on my aunt seemed unhappy giving her a pedicure and like he "had too", the comparison from my foot scrub to hers was obvious. He didn't put much effort into it and only did a quick job on her. I felt awful after as the whole plan to do pedicures was my idea and she didn't have a good time.

I’ve been a customer from the time they’ve opened their first location. They make an effort to make you feel comfortable and at home. They make it an effort to see you and not through you. Shout out to V!
