I am currently out of the country for a business trip and my luggage didn’t decide to join me until three days into the trip. “Got my nails done at Hana Nails on Thursday and they turned out exactly how I asked. Later, I realized the design just wasn’t for me, so I booked back in to switch to something more simple, fully expecting to pay for a new set.

The tech who did my nails was worried she hadn’t done a good job, and I let her know the work was great — I just changed my mind on the style. She fit me in right away, redid the design, and then told me there was no charge. I tried to pay, but she insisted she wanted to make sure I was happy with the result.
