I am very impressed with this store and especially with the lady who helped me. I was there yesterday because my presser foot came off and I couldn’t get it back on. She put it back on and showed me several other things that make sewing much easier She was very pleasant - answering all my questions I’m sorry I didn’t get her name I recommend this store to everyone. Such good service

Friendly staff and great technical service. I have had my sewing machines, of all ages, serviced here. They have a good store for parts and accessories as well as new machines for sale. They even carry fabric!

Very pleased with the sewing machine repair service. My machine is sewing better than it has in years after a tune up by Glen. Thank you! Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I was so happy with the service, I took in my second machine for a tune up! It was ready before the time promised. Can't help but be impressed by that! ????????
