The atmosphere is very relaxing because the rooms are dark and quiet with soft, low music playing. The staff is friendly but do not talk so much that you cannot relax. The staff gives very effective massages as they are able to get tough knots out as well as provide a deep tissue overall work over to promote relaxation.
