The people at Nickel are very knowledgeable in commercial and residential plumbing and heating. They have been very helpful to me even if they didn't make a sale. If I needed a part and they didn't have it they got it for me (and they usually had it) but always at a fair price. Good company to deal with.
I needed a quote to have some ancient cast iron pipe changed. The people I spoke to on the phone were pleasant. The owner, Gary Nickel, came by my place to have a look. He called when he said he would, came when he said he would, was nice to my j*** dog, and gave us an honest opinion that didn't make him any money. If we need work done in the future I will call Nickel Plumbing. Thank you Gary!
Gary went out of his way to find the product we were looking for. They are very practical about recommendations and focus on best product as opposed to over selling. Great office staff too.
