“Ok new review 6-30-26. We called today as I was not sure if our ac was cooling as it should and Nick provided same day service.

One does not need to worry with Authorized selling services you have no need for. Nick inspected our duct work and informed us it is in very good condition. A welcome relief.

He was very thorough with diagnostics on our ten year old Trane Gas Pack/ AC. ( they installed) It is sill in good shape for a 10 year old. System. The air flow is good and Freon level as it was new in 2016.

I might add that we always get the spring and fall preventative service which Nick leaves nothing to doubt. We have been a loyal customer with Authorized since 1993. We have zero intentions of changing.

They are honest. No AC service is cheap, but it is comforting to know the work will always be done right the first time.

He took his time to explain the best and most efficient temperature to set our Ac. We had a vibration and he torqued at least 50 screws and checked all the fans.

This review is for Authorized Heating and Air Conditioning. I called Ansley two days ago first thing in the morning. Ansley was pleasant, helpful, and understanding that we did not have gas heat — recognizing that we have been with them 18 years and had them do all of our installations and service including preventative. Nick has done our service for sometime. He is knowledgeable and has a long history in the business. He came to our house that afternoon and was able to diagnose quickly an unusual high limit switch issue. He ordered the part for us. I have tendency to be thorough and ask probably more questions than necessary. Nick is always patient and understanding and explains all in a way that is understandable. This is a top notch company and you will not do wrong by having them take care of all your heating and air conditioning needs. And by the way they are a Trane authorized dealer. We needed him to locate and replace a UVC Bulb in our Air Purification unit attached to the HVAC System. He completed a thorough inspection of our entire system, located and assessed our problem. Jesse spent time explaining his findings, he proposed a plan of action answering all questions in a very professional easily understood manor to both my wife and me. It was an easy decision to agree to sign the work order for repairs to be completed!

“This review is a bit different from what a person would expect. We live in Flagstaff,Arizona about 1900 miles from Mr Cook’s business. We had a totally worn out HVAC system that was 22 years old.

The climate here in Northern Arizona is very severe at times and our winters get well below zero with 100 plus inches of annual snowfall. We had received so many different estimates on a complete system replacement we were totally overwhelmed.

I enjoy watching You Tube Videos on mechanical stuff. I ran across Ted’s site. I really enjoy watching his videos. He is a Trane Dealer and promotes the Trane Line of products.

I just decided to find his number and give him call. He answered on the first ring. I explained to him my situation and that we were receiving so much different information from all the dealers we had contacted. He spent quite a bit of time recommending what equipment would be ideal for our situation. We located a company here in Northern Arizona that was a Trane dealer. We had a full system installed January of 2026. To say that we are totally pleased would be an understatement the Trane system is terrific. We are already seeing a a fifty dollar reduction in our natural gas bill and our electric bill. That’s a 100 dollar savings per month..

We had a warm spell for about a week and we turned on the A/C to test it out. I had gone outside numerous times to see if the condenser was running because it is so quiet. I have spoken to Ted numerous times asking questions about the Trane equipment and he has been so gracious to take our calls and explain everything that we needed to know. He is truly a true representative for the Trane Brand. I am really sorry that we live so far apart that I could not have given him our business..Mr Cook runs his company on true customer service and support.
