They advertise as a 'Neighborly' company, but I would say their service is much more person than just neighborly! They installed a new A/C for my disabled sister after a lighting strike destroyed hers. They helped with her insurance company, who I was so very disappointed in! Helped to make her more comfortable, while we waited 4 weeks for State Farm to make up their minds! Were always quick to call us back and were so sympathetic to my sister's situation. It was a very positive, pleasant and personal experience. They try to do the best job they can for their clients. A special shout out to Travis, David, Noah and Perry. We are very pleased with the dryer cleaning job that Steven and Mason completed. They both were very professional, listened to our concerns, communicated clearly, and didn’t rush through the job. We highly recommend them!
The company representative was courteous and did a very thorough job. He explained all of the options available, but did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would gladly welcome this gentleman into my home for further inspections. He represents your company very well
