“Ace sent Jonivan to my house to relocate my thermostat.
I offered him an easy solution to put it on a nearby wall, but he explained to me that to get a proper reading it needed to be close to a return, so instead of doing it the easy way, he did it the right way. The you Jonivan for not taking the easy way.”
“I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it.
After getting a quote from another company that was shockingly high, I called Palmetto Air Solutions—and I’m incredibly glad I did. From the start, they were fast, responsive, and extremely communicative. They took the time to explain everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and handled the situation with professionalism and urgency.
What really stood out was how they went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Not only did they resolve the issue quickly, but they also made sure everything was done right the first time, without trying to upsell or pressure me.
It’s rare to find a company that combines honesty, efficiency, and great customer service the way they do. They’ve absolutely earned my trust, and they will have my business—and my family’s business—going forward.
Highly recommend.”
