Carolina Heating responded within a day to replace a water heater. The technician, Michael was efficient, thorough, and offered great customer service.I gave 4 stars due to my lack of knowledge of a professional fee for labor, product, and additional services.I only know that as an older lady without others to help in house repair it is a relief to call on a company that can help right away. Peace of mind is the best value.Thank you

We installed a new system last year and this year we started having heating issues. Carolina Heating was super responsive and figured out what the problem was and proceeded to fix it. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and professional and we believe he is one of their best techs! He made sure that everything was working correctly and the heating system has been working great since he last worked on it.

Excellent service from Katie. She explained everything she was going to do very clearly with followup and answered all of my questions. She provided alternatives for a whole house air filter and came back to install one in about an hour and the price was very good. I have had excellent experience with Carolina Heating Service when they installed a Geothermal heat pump for us a few years ago.

No job is too big or too small for us. We install and service complex systems designed for the requirements of large commercial buildings as we do any residential system including advanced alternative energy systems such as heat pump and geothermal or ground source systems. Some of the brands we install and service include Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Aprilaire, and WaterFurnace for Geothermal HVAC systems. In 2007 and 2008 we added emergency power standby generators from Generac and Rinnai tankless water heaters to complement the heating and air conditioning lines of services, followed by Solar Systems in 2014. We never walk off and leave a job once it has been installed. We stand behind it to make sure it works to unsurpassed satisfaction.
